We recently had a stair lift installed. The two gentlemen that installed the unit were on time and very polite. They were knowledgeable installing the unit and before leaving they went through all the operating procedures. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Without my dependable chair lift, I would have had to move years ago. I'm safe and very pleased with my stairlift and the excellent, professional, and prompt service by Adam Pender. Great product and great service.

Have tried calling many times. Apparently they don't Never answer their phone. Have left messages. No response back from anyone. What's the point saying if you leave a message before 4PM that you will get a returned phone call back the same day. Today I tried right at 8AM calling and many times after 8AM .And got a recording that you was closed and will be opening at 8AM. Finally, twenty five minutes later your recording went to leave a message. All I wanted to do was to ask a few questions before doing my business with them. Now I have seriously have second thoughts. Because if they can't return a simple phone call. Then what kind of service will you get???

We want to tell everyone Adam and Ben, did an outstanding and a very professional installation of the Garage Lift. We were about ready to give up with another company that was dragging along for almost 3 months. Finally, the VA sent a request to Adams Company, National Seating and Mobility. Adam called to make an appointment and came out and made the necessary measurements and told us what was going to happen. Very professional. Even made a drawing so we could visualize what it would look like. We were very impressed. The other company didn't say much at all and had no idea what it would look like. We thank the VA for their help in sending a very competent installer and we will say this: We were Blessed with the BEST! Thanks Adam and Ben!

I have ditched this company a long time ago. However , I get calls from people who still use national seating. There's usually a serious problem. What they sell the disabled is junk . Why does Amerigroup and Medicare still do business with them ? I don't get return calls after leaving a message. I get different answers from different people when calling on hold ups on repairs. I have to keep on them to get paperwork handled to get the repairs done. I don't need the fight it takes to get them to do their job. It shouldn't take three weeks to get repairs done. I shouldn't have to keep telling them to keep faxing papers to my doctor's and insurance when things aren't getting done fast enough. I had a business and if I treated my customers the way National seating does , I wouldn't have had my business very long!
